Went to return a vinyl record i recieved as a gift...

Went to return a vinyl record i recieved as a gift in xmas eve, there was no damage and unopened, but the representative refused to refund me any cash despite the fact that i told him i needed money for rent. He kept an attitude in his tone with me acted immature and was unprofessional. I do not recommend buying anything from this store that puts value before its customers!!!!
