I had a mixed experience with Lightning strike global. While their website lightningstrike-usa.com was easy to navigate and had a lot of useful information, I found their customer service to be lacking. The representatives I spoke to were not very knowledgeable and it took multiple attempts to resolve my issue. Overall, I would rate them as average.
