I had a pretty average experience with pc Mart. The website was easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. The prices were competitive compared to other retailers. However, the customer service was lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries, and when I did, it was not very helpful. Overall, I would rate pc Mart as average.
