I had a mixed experience with Orson & Co. The customer service was great, the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the product I received was not up to my expectations. It had some quality issues and didn't perform as promised. I contacted their support team and they were responsive in assisting me with the issue. They offered to replace the product, but I decided to return it instead. Overall, I appreciate their efforts to resolve the issue, but the product quality needs improvement.
