I've had an average experience with Monkey Kingdom. While their products are decent, I had some issues with the shipping. The website was easy to navigate, but I found the checkout process a bit confusing. The customer service was responsive, but it wasn't the best experience. Overall, I think Monkey Kingdom has room for improvement.
