We're closer to to our goal than we've ever been before! The amount of guaranteed funding has been met. The funding process and instructions has been somewhat smooth and and easy to follow. We had to be reminded about a couple of things that we weren't clear about in the beginning, but everyone has been very helpful and they want to make sure we succeed. We'll try to do a follow-up review once we secure, flip and sell a property.
