The folks at Cumberland Transit are some of the most helpful retailers I have ever done business with. They repeatedly returned phone calls and helped me deal with a complex issue with my bike with patience and grace. The guys in the bike shop, especially Cory and Josh, provided precise information and showed technical prowess.
