I have had interactions with the state office of the Medicaid Inspector General on multiple occasions, and I must say that overall, my experience has been great. The staff members are very helpful and knowledgeable, and they go above and beyond to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. They are also very thorough in their investigations and make sure to gather all the necessary evidence before making a decision. The only thing I would suggest is improving their communication. Sometimes it takes a while to hear back from them, but besides that, I have no complaints. I highly recommend the services provided by the New York State Office of the Medicaid Inspector General.
