Very very bad service, what else is the cleanlines...

Very very bad service, what else is the cleanliness? For what reason, I saw a cockroach child on top of a storage cupboard, bed linen was very dirty, lots of stains, pillowcases smelled bad, the floor was very dirty, bad smell always smelled from the room, service here was very bad, I hope this hospital can fix all.
