I had a mixed experience with Alamo Estates. While their website was easy to use and navigate, the staff wasn't as helpful as I expected. The property was in decent condition, but there were a few issues that took longer to resolve than anticipated. Overall, it was an average experience for me. There is room for improvement in terms of customer service.
