I recently used Skm Systems Analysis, Inc. services and I must say it was an average experience. The website skm.com was easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, I expected more from a company with such a reputation. The customer service was satisfactory, but not outstanding. Overall, I would rate Skm Systems Analysis, Inc. as average.
