I have been using CPLS for my logistics needs for the past few years, and I must say, their service is just average. They have provided timely delivery of my goods, but their customer support leaves a lot to be desired. There have been instances when I needed urgent assistance, but their response time was quite slow. Overall, I would rate them as an average logistics solution provider.
