👍 I recently shopped on Sportsmart's website and I have mixed feelings about my experience. On the positive side, the website was easy to navigate, and I found a decent selection of sporting equipment. The prices were average and affordable, but nothing exceptional. The checkout process was smooth and hassle-free. However, there were a few issues that left me feeling underwhelmed. Firstly, the delivery took a bit longer than I anticipated, which was a bit frustrating. Secondly, the customer service could have been better. I reached out regarding a query but received a generic response that didn't fully address my concerns. Overall, Sportsmart is an average company that provides average service.
