I recently purchased a kayak from the website of this company. The process was fairly straightforward, with an easy-to-navigate website and clear product descriptions. The selection of kayaks was decent, although I was hoping to see more variety in designs. The prices were reasonable, and the checkout process was smooth. However, I did have a small issue with the delivery of my kayak. It took longer than expected for the item to arrive, and I encountered some difficulty in tracking the shipment. Customer service was somewhat helpful in resolving the issue, but there was room for improvement. Overall, I would rate my experience with this company as average. They have a solid selection and reasonable prices, but improvements could be made in terms of delivery and customer support.
