I recently visited Casey Allied Health for physiotherapy services. The facility was clean and the staff members were friendly and attentive. However, I was a bit disappointed by the lack of individualized attention during my session. The therapist seemed to be in a rush, and I didn't feel like my specific needs were thoroughly addressed. I also found the pricing to be a bit on the higher side compared to other similar services in the area. On a positive note, the reception area was comfortable and welcoming, and the booking process was convenient. Overall, it was an average experience, and I hope they can focus more on personalized care in the future. 🏥
