Super great staff!! I come in every morning before the sun is up and always get an energetic welcome! Facility is always very clean, members are very focused on working out in comparison to members being on their phones on equipment at other gyms, and I m impressed that personal training is provided so early! Even during busy hours, there are numerous machines to workout the same muscle groups. A very wide variety! Also the variety of classes is very nice! John Taylor Boom s boot camp specifically kicks my butt!! Always great experiences with management if any questions need answering. Been a member for years and would never consider another gym! Thank you for such a golden experience gold s team!!
