They only fix 35% of your credit and they only work on 'x' amount of things depending on the service you purchase this could be 1 item for 4 months or 3 items at a time for me was 3 items a month but they send out a letter, then the people send me a letter and they have 30 days to respond then I have to send that letter to Lexington now they might have to send another letter and then wait for that to come back that's about 3 months, the other 65% is on you. I paid in total $625 to them in 5 months for 7 points in my credit.

NOW as you see on here some people are very happy, I was too on my 2nd to 3rd month my score actually jumped up 40 points for about 3 days and went right back down. When I asked about why it went back down they kept saying stuff that happened in 6 months prior (inquiries from buying a car and I wanted a better rate) I'm like well take them off it's easy just a letter. They said, we don't do that you have to do that! They will create the letter for you to print off if you pay for premium services!

I paid $119 a month for the Concord Premium after 5 months they removed 10 items now this sounds like a lot but it's not, mainly I had in collection items that were paid off but still showed up on my credit. Those are the ones they removed, they don't even remove the inquiries for you even when you are paying $119 a month all this takes is two letters to be sent out its very simple and I will do this, but if I'm paying some one to help fix my credit I want them to do it not tell me "here fix your own credit"
