I've had a mixed experience with Petit côté. While their website is user-friendly, I found that some of the products I received were not up to the mark. The customer service representative I spoke with was helpful in resolving the issue, but it was still disappointing. I would suggest being cautious when making a purchase from petitcote.fr.
