Fortney & Weygandt doesn't like to pay their bills. Any subcontractor looking to do work for this company should avoid them at all cost. One owner is a lawyer, and has developed shady contracts, that are totall in favor of their company. Do not enter into a contract with this company unless you sign an AIA contract, where both sides have remedies.
