I have mixed feelings about Kalankaa. Some aspects of their services are great, while others are lacking. The products I ordered were of good quality and I received them in a timely manner. However, their customer service needs improvement. They were slow to respond to my queries and did not provide satisfactory solutions. Overall, I would say they are average.
