I recently purchased an IoT solution for my office from a well-known company. The setup process was smooth and the products are of good quality. However, the customer support could be better. It takes a long time to get a response, and the solutions provided are not always satisfactory. Despite this, I have managed to make the system work for my requirements and I'm satisfied with the overall performance.
