If I could give negative stars I would. We took our car there to be detailed. They missed half of my vehicle on the exterior and the interior was not well done. I have been asking for a refund for close to a month. I keep getting the answer that a "message has been left for the manager." Do they have a manager? I am not sure. The kicker? In my attempts of asking for a refund, someone tried to sell me a car. They only care about selling cars and not helping/servicing vehicles. I have made a complaint to the BBB because of the lack of availability of a manager.

Update: AFTER posting on fb, reporting to the BBB, and posting this review I finally heard from a guy named Matt (I think he is a manager?). I have been issued a refund.
