Edit for The BBBs' response. I already have and you guys told me you wont remove the reviews and all can be done is for us to write our own "review to explain our side"

Edit: BBB told me they cant remove any comments and all i can do is reply or write my own comment defending our side of the story, which i did,. However my comment was removed by the BBB...So which is it ? can you guys remove comments or not ?

This is the most worthless company in the world. They allow unverified reviews of your company. People who never bought or used our products are leaving reviews.
