Is there a option for zero stars? Think twice before having body work done here. 10months is plenty enough time to fix a vehicle to its original state. To be told we aren t putting anymore money into your vehicle doesn t seem right when they cashed the check from the insurance company for services they can not and still have not provided. They cashed checks for upwards of 20,000$ For services NOT PROVIDED to their entirety and still fail to give us the framework inspection report saying they don t have to. Obviously they can t prove the diagnostic test were done if they won t give us the report, correct? As you tried to say on my husbands post that we asked for new framework testing THATS A LIE we asked for a copy of the original. Also there is proof the radio was damaged after being in your shop. I have the video of the week prior it being in perfect shape.so regardless of the Jeep being 5 years old as you say...that kind of damage does not happen in one week. Nice try though. If I could post all the videos and photos we have this process it would prove a lot. Keep trying. So professional of you to tell a woman to look at her husbands review for your response...I don t need to look at my husbands review. I have my own review about my own experiences with this process. We have been very patient since October and until JR decided to talk down to me (in April) as if I shouldn t have a opinion and didn t know anything about vehicles, and only then, is when the tides changed. Since then y all have not stood by your work. You took money and did not provide a service back to its entirety and then say we are hard to please? My doors don t shut properly, and the wind noise is ridiculous. We spent 10months in a rental car, sounds like you bit off more than you could chew.
