As a customer of Pgm reball ltd, I must say that their service is average. The website looked good and the overall experience was satisfactory. However, there were a few issues that I faced. The delivery of my order was delayed by a week, and I had to follow up multiple times with their customer support team to get an update. The quality of the product was also not up to the mark. I expected better considering the price I paid.
