Absolutely unacceptable customer service!

My account has been banned because I have moved countries and device (change in MAC address) last year. Just purely on that... No warning, no info on changing passwords or any account changes...just... suddenly banned!
They have included information as how to contact them in the ban notification email. I have sent an e-mail asking for unblocking me from ORIGINAL e-mail account muiple times over the past months. I have asked for follow up and help with recovering account. No one replied to me. STILL.

Update: It's been 2 years of me sending them emails repeatedly asking to lift the ban. I am still being ignored...
