As a CUSTOMER, I have been using the services of Hougen ltd for quite some time now. I must say, their service is average at best. While their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, I have had several issues with their customer support. The response time is slow, and the representatives are not always able to provide satisfactory solutions to my problems. Overall, I would rate them as average.
