We hired this company to do an inspection for a purchase of a home. Which was completed in a timely manner. We then hired this company for some additional work that needed to be completed in order to close on the house. Due to how long it took for them to complete the work we had to push back our closing twice. When my husband spoke to them about when the work would be completed the timeline kept being extended. When he asked about notes that were on the original pest report he was given a generic answer and could not get any more detail. Work that should have been done within a week took almost 3 weeks to be completed. Be ware if using this company pay top dollar for work that will take extended length of time to be completed.
