The holiday I booked through Balkanholidays.rs was overall satisfactory. The website was easy to use and the booking process was smooth. The customer service team was helpful in answering my queries. The hotel accommodation was good, although the food could have been better. The travel arrangements were as expected. I had a decent vacation, but there is room for improvement.
