I recently had the opportunity to use Labcon for my lab needs and I must say I was disappointed. The team seemed unprofessional and lacked attention to detail. Moreover, the results were not accurate, which is unacceptable in the lab industry. I believe Labcon has a lot of improvement to do in order to meet customer expectations.
