I have been a customer of Mtrix for several years now and I must say their service is average. While their website is easy to navigate and their prices are reasonable, I find their customer support to be lacking. Whenever I have an issue or question, it takes them a long time to respond and sometimes the responses are not very helpful. Overall, I would say Mtrix is just okay.
