I have been a customer of Grupo Baggio Ltda for many years and I must say that their services are average. While they do provide reliable IDC and telecom solutions, there is nothing exceptional about them. The customer support is decent and their prices are competitive, but there is definitely room for improvement. I would recommend them if you are looking for an affordable option, but don't expect anything outstanding.
