My experience with your service was very informative. Your guides do a great job and are knowledgeable of Chicago however, I was disappointed when we toured by the Trump Tower! One of your guides description of our current president of the United States as a looney president! I was greatly offended!! Out of common courtesy and respect for this young man I held my comments! Your agency accommodates tourist from around the world as well as from all over the United States! I believe off the cuff political statements need to be kept confidential and should stay out of your guides presentations! It's most important to respect the position of our president irregardless of political persuasion! I am very hesitant from using your services the next time I travel to your great city! Thank you!
