DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If you want to avoid certain misery, avoid this Company at all costs. This appraiser's complete incompetence caused my closing to be delayed and my family extreme aggravation. The actual Appraisal was barely passable and took her nine days to complete. Not only that, when she showed up, she only seemed focused on trying to solicit business for her other business, an Assisted Living Facility. Do not be fooled by their website, they are totally unprofessional and have no business appraising Real Estate.
