My husband had a work conference on his birthday. Fortunately, Ms. Ana was working and orchestrated the most wonderful night for us. She rallied the entire staff and made the entire night and experience delightful and memorable. We plan to return and ask for her specifically. A special birthday treat in the room, help with reservationtions, and good questions to learn us and make recommendations. The hotel itself is amazing, but SHE is the epitome of quality hospitality service. Furthermore, everything about her and her generosity seemed genuinely generous, FROM THE HEART, and helpful. Bless her and we will stay again in the very near future.
