💯 Cafe at Pharr is fantastic! The food is absolutely delicious and the staff is incredibly friendly. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. I highly recommend trying their avocado toast, it's out of this world! You won't be disappointed. 💯
