Save your self some heartache and DO NOT BOOK with these people.
Their customer service is terrible. Every time I called, the wait time was at least 20 minutes. Once you get a hold of an agent and establish a working relationship with them, no other agents will help you. The result being that even when you get through, it's only to be told that "so and so" is not available, and they will have to call you back. I called them three times and this was how I was handled.

If you give them your money you will never get any of it back, regardless of whether or not they render services.

For the love of all that is good in this world, BOOK WITH ANYONE BUT THESE PEOPLE.
