I recently used Jo Ann Sims services for my taxes. Overall, the experience was satisfactory. However, there were a few areas where improvements could be made. The website could use some updates to make it more user-friendly. The prices were also a bit higher compared to other tax preparers I've used in the past. Nevertheless, the staff was friendly and the service was completed in a timely manner.
