I sent my electricians on a renewal course with training corp. Got the booking confirmation sent though, so I know they have the correct email to send all future correspondence, however Training corp did not send the course results as promised for one of my electricians. This would be fine as the electrician was happy to follow up in his own time. Training corp were unhelpful, giving answers that were not relevant and extremely rude in the email stating "we will not spend any more time on this matter" when sending what was clearly a stock standard copy paste email. The issue was that an email had not been sent with the results of the course, they had the email to send the course confirmation to so how did TC not have an email to send the results?
The phone call to EWRB was very enlightening, and we were saddened to hear that we were not the first people to call up with similar issues.
