I had an average experience with Aerosian travels & tours. The website was easy to use and the booking process was convenient. However, the customer support was not up to the mark. It took them a while to respond to my queries and the assistance provided was not very satisfactory. The rates offered were reasonable, but the overall experience could have been better.
