My son and his girlfriend made a difficult decision recently to have their dog put down. They found the staff to be cold and lacking any compassion for their feelings. Because the dog had bitten they were told a rabies test would have to be done even though all shots were up to date. They took it upon themselves to describe how his head would need to be cut off and sent in. This was extremely upsetting to their family. This organization really needs training in bed side manners.
I was forced to give them One Star but it should be in the negative.
