I recently booked a vacation with Vacation tours online ltd and it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate, but the customer service was lacking. I had to wait on hold for a long time before speaking with a representative, and they were not very helpful. The actual vacation itself was also just average. The accommodations were decent, but nothing special. Overall, I would say my experience was just okay.
