I called in the morning approximately 9:20am and explained to to woman who answered the phone that I had to speak with my fiancee about a very important matter and that it was necessary that I speak with him today. She transferred me to one of the therapists voicemail. I left my message along with my phone number. Well, by 2 o'clock in the afternoon, I still did not receive a call back. So, I called again to the main phone number and explained that I had called earlier, and still have not received a call back. So the woman transferred me again to a therapist voicemail and I left another message explaining that it was very important that I talk with him and it was an emergency for me to speak with my fiancee. This was at 2:30pm. As of now, going on 6pm., no call from anyone! !??...What if there was a death in our family?? God forbid there was not, but this is ridiculous not getting a call back!
