I tried to pay my son's billed fees as I always do using Central Bank's online bill pay. B&B returned the check to me because my name (on my checking account) did not match my son's name (duh). I requested a stamped, self-addressed envelope to return the check to them. A supervisor (Joyce) lied to me and sent an un-stamped envelope. Their billing department is incompetent. I understand why the company has been sold. I hope the incompetent employees (such as Joyce) are the bulk of the 188 layoffs. That would only be just.
