👍 I had a mixed experience with Dungeon Bear Leather. While the quality of their products is decent, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took quite some time to receive a response to my inquiries, and the staff didn't seem very enthusiastic or helpful. Additionally, I think they could improve their product range to cater to a wider audience. Overall, an average experience.
