I've been a member of Fitness Industry Training for over a year now, and I have to say it's the best fitness center I've ever been to. The facilities are excellent, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the classes are always challenging. I highly recommend F-I-T to anyone looking to get fit and have fun while doing it!
