My 77 year old mom lives at their property on Cooper Rd in Salisbury! I Called and left messages for a emergency repair today along with my other family members because my mom had sewage coming up into her home! She had used every towel blanket she had in her home to dry up her floor! We finally called someone ourselves but they couldn t do it because it wasn t her property! After hours of my family trying they finally got in touch with a man named Bryant I gave him the name of someone that would come today!!!! But he said it would be Monday! I asked if they could put my 77 year old Mom in a hotel for the weekend because she has to have a bathroom and has medical problems plus her rent is up to date! This man was the rudest man I have ever dealt with and I have done customer service for a long time!!!! Worst Company ever only out for the money DONT Care about their tenants
