Denied help why? I'm a practicing Catholic. I just moved to Nashville and been having a hard time finding a place to stay as I start a new job soon. I asked about a couple of places within the diocese to help me out with a place til I got on my feet. I got denied just because I am other Creed's etc. I don't normally ask for help often nor do I expect pity but it just made me feel horrible for asking help and being turned away for not being something I'm. Not. I've been living in my car. This is one time I couldn't land on my feet. Im asking for a help up not a hand out.
