The previous day I went to the place and I couldn't be attended! They suggested making an appointment for the next day. Here I am, I arrived 13: 35h, received my car 14h for oil change, service that I usually do in other places around 40 minutes. It's already 3:30 pm and there's no sign. Even the car in the front wasn't even delivered yet!
