I had an average experience with Ridout & Maybee LLP. The website was easy to navigate and find information. However, I found the overall customer service to be lacking. There were delays in getting a response to my inquiries and I felt like my concerns were not fully addressed. I expected better communication and support from a professional firm like this. Overall, it was an average experience, but I think there is room for improvement.
